no bake cheesecake

Ingredients:

Filling Ingredients:

2  8-ozpkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)

 juice of 1 lemon
1 can Eagle Brand milk

500 ml 35% cream

Crust:

3/4 graham crackers box

butter MELTED.

MIX BUTTER AND GRAHAM CRAKERS TOGETHER UNTIL ALL ARE SLIGHTLY MOISTENED.   bAKE AT 375 FOR 7 MINUTES

LET COOL COMPLETELY

Topping:

2 CANS cherry pie filling

Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and Eagle Brand milk until smooth and creamy.

IN A SEPARATE BOWL WHIP CREAM  STIFF PEAKS

FOLD CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE AND WHIPPED CREAM TOGETHER

2. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Chill for 6 hours until firm.

3. Top with cherry, strawberry, or blueberry pie filling or serve plain.
